ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use TeachAny and its related services (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to all users of the Services.
1. Scope
This AUP applies to all prompts, text, documents, images, audio, video, links, source materials, uploads, generations, transformations, and outputs submitted to or processed through the Services.
2. NSFW and Sexual Content
You must not use the Services to upload, submit, process, transform, generate, store, or distribute any NSFW, explicit, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content.
Prohibited content includes, without limitation:
- Pornography, erotic or fetish content, and content intended for sexual gratification.
- Sexualized nudity, implied sexual activity, or sexually provocative depictions.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, or sexual exploitation.
- Attempts to evade, disable, or circumvent content-safety restrictions.
3. Protection of Minors
You must not use the Services for content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or sexualizes the abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualized depiction of a minor are strictly prohibited, including fictional, altered, or computer-generated depictions.
4. Consent and Identifiable Persons
You may process content depicting an identifiable person only if you have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions, including written consent where required, to use that person's name, image, likeness, or voice. You must not use the Services to violate another person's privacy, publicity, or other personal rights.
5. Other Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation or facilitate illegal activity.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
- Create or distribute hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or unlawfully violent content.
- Transmit malware, interfere with the Services, or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Enforcement
We may refuse or stop processing content, remove content, restrict access to the Services, or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated. We may also take action when required by law or necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.
